On our visitations we check the interior and exterior conditions of your property :
 Interior
- water leaks( toilets, faucets etc)
- temperature control
- bugs and roddens
- bring in small deliveries, newspapers, mail
- check for signs for burglary
-check if windows and doors are securely closed.

Exterior
- Check for wind damage
- Walking the premises and checking for any critters invasions
- Checking if the gates are properly secured and locked.

Homeowners will receive an email with photos after completion of the inspection.
