         My name is Todd and I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 16 years. After hurricane Sandy I established a cleaning company Ocean Penguin Cleaning that has been servicing beach homes almost on the entire Jersey shore. Many of my customers asked me to keep an eye on their property in the of season months ( October- April). This is how the idea of creating a house watching company was born.

Me and my staff provide customized house watching services for homeowners who don't have the time to visit their homes,

I do light maintenance and also work with a plumber, painter and an electrician.
